This is a pivotal role that requires a strong leader with a proven track record in driving performance excellence, financial management, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all 7 Palm Lake Care communities, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and other governing legislation.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with Service Managers and other leads to ensure effective workforce and administrative management.
  • Financial Performance: Drive operational performance to meet financial KPIs and support investment in innovation and growth.
  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, promoting Palm Lake Care's vision, purpose, and priorities.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
About You
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership/operational roles within aged care or similar healthcare settings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record in driving performance excellence.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial and cost centre management, including budget management and revenue optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in business or financial management are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to various Palm Lake Care locations.
