The Role

We're looking for a casual Customer Service Representative to join our team on site at a shopping centre. A snapshot of the role:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, both face to face and over the phone
  • Proactively and continuously improving customer's experience within the centre
  • Management of lost property
  • Assisting the Marketing & Administration teams as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous working experience in hospitality or retail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to easily build rapport with all different types of people
  • You are well-presented and well-spoken
