THE ICONIC is seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team. As a key member of the team, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process, longer-term strategic and financial planning, and providing ongoing insights and analysis on sales, category, and brand performance, as well as stock management.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a commercial analyst or similar in the retail industry and be CA or CPA qualified or working towards. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and prior experience working with Commercial stakeholders.

The role involves developing and maintaining accurate and detailed reports on business performance, analyzing business trends and performance, and providing insightful analysis to drive effective decision-making. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Business Partner for Commercial & Sustainability and contribute to the growth and success of THE ICONIC.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. THE ICONIC offers a competitive remuneration package, including benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
