About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving financial planning and analysis across Asset Management Australia. The role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality forecasts and business plans, as well as providing strategic decision support to the business and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gain insights, forecast performance, and track progress against plan.
  • Collaborate with the financial control function to ensure cost allocations, accruals, and provisions are accurately managed.
  • Drive the integration and development of financial systems to support a trusted FP&A function.
  • Provide critical business decision support and business case analysis as required.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong accounting or finance background, preferably with CA/CPA qualifications.
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial planning, management reporting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • A deep understanding of the asset management industry and its challenges.
