About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An accounting background and experience (5+ years preferred)
  • CA or CPA preferred
  • Experience juggling multiple clients and managing multiple projects at once
  • A client-centric approach and confidence engaging with senior leadership teams
  • Desire to get into the thick of accounting responsibilities when required

The Role

In this role, you will oversee client engagements, working directly with the CEO to ensure all client work is running smoothly. You will also liaise with the Accounting and Bookkeeping team to ensure they are supported and across client needs. Additionally, you will second point of contact for all client relationships, project-based work with Founders directly, manage accounts for major clientele, attend CFO Advisory meetings, and perform end-to-end Xero file management.
