Key Role: Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

The Top End Health Region is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to various healthcare settings.

This role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and outcomes, leveraging high-quality, evidence-based pharmacy practices that align with Departmental and AOD policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert clinical pharmacy advice to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve medication safety, optimize treatment plans, and enhance overall patient experience.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Professional 3 level of experience in pharmacy practice.
