Job Title: Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical professional to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for young people within the youth justice facility and community.
  • Develop and deliver treatment programs to meet the needs of young people, as well as provide specialist input to case-management providers.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams in community, custodial, and home-based settings to deliver high-quality services.
  • Support the development and delivery of clinical training programs and peer consultation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Clinical Psychology or relevant field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or experience in working with adolescents.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
