Job Title: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

This is a critical role in providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services.

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that all pharmacy services provided are of the highest ethical and professional standards consistent with Departmental and AOD policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to AOD treatment teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with health professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to pharmacy services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional 3 level experience as a pharmacist.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pharmacology and therapeutics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

  • Remuneration package $130,663 - $146,130 (including salary $110,873 - $124,173).
