As a clinician in our team, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on complex cases and drive the future of forensic intervention.
About the RoleWe are seeking experienced psychologists to join our specialist program area, where you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment.
You will be responsible for building on your existing experience, delivering individualised services including comprehensive assessments, clinical interviews, treatment interventions, and preparing treatment plans and reports.
Working within the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model, you'll deliver a wide range of services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide effective support to offenders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver risk assessments, clinical interviews, and treatment interventions to offenders
- Prepare treatment plans, treatment reports, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide best-practice forensic intervention
You'll be working on complex cases with individuals who have histories of violent and sexual offending, playing a vital role in reducing reoffending and making the community safer.
