Job Title: BIM Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled BIM Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project information model production, leading progress meetings, selecting and implementing collaboration tools, assisting staff in implementing BIM technology, informing project stakeholders on project BIM strategy, implementing BIM across all projects as required, ensuring changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams, and managing and maintaining project content.

About the Role:
  • Oversight of project information model production to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Leading progress meetings with project stakeholders to discuss updates and issues.
  • Selecting and implementing collaboration tools to improve communication and efficiency.
  • Assisting staff in implementing BIM technology to enhance project outcomes.
  • Informing project stakeholders on project BIM strategy to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Implementing BIM across all projects as required to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams to minimize disruption.
  • Managing and maintaining project content to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in architecture or construction to provide a solid foundation in building information modeling.
  • Extensive experience with Revit to ensure proficiency in software operations.
  • Experience with 3D modeling or Autocad to demonstrate ability in technical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience to guide and develop team members.
  • Experience working in teams at large firms to showcase ability in collaborative environments.
