This Senior Finance Analyst will assist in developing financial models and conducting analysis to support informed decision-making by key stakeholders.

  • Develop financial models for business case feasibility studies, including discounted cash flow analysis, net present value and internal rate of return calculations.
  • Create and deliver presentations and data visualisation dashboards to enhance stakeholder understanding of financial insights.
  • Maintain clear and transferable model documentation for use across the organisation.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and management personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop high-quality financial models to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Present complex financial information in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional projects and ad hoc modelling tasks as directed.
Qualifications and Skills

This role requires a Postgraduate qualification, CA/CPA (or equivalent) accreditation, combined with extensive relevant experience.

A strong background in financial reporting using complex accounting systems and large datasets is essential.

Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making is required.

Proven ability to create impactful data visualisations tailored to diverse audiences is also necessary.

Excellent problem-solving and conceptual skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges are desired.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving continuous improvement and service excellence are highly valued.
