Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

Leading a team of professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and bars. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless execution of the guest journey by managing the daily operations of the bars and restaurant.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality events and experiences that meet the expectations of our guests.
- Develop effective strategies to schedule FOH team members according to operational requirements.
- Monitor interactions with guests and provide coaching to enhance their experience.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing a full-service restaurant or F&B department in a busy venue.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple operations and a busy event schedule.
- Proven ability to partner with other departments to drive results and improve overall performance.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
