**Senior Interior Design Specialist for Luxury Residences and Boutique Hotels**

We are seeking a skilled FF&E Designer to join our team. As a Senior FFE Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional designs for high-end residential and boutique hotel projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and sourcing bespoke FF&E items for high-end residential and boutique hotel projects
  • Collaborating with clients to create custom design pieces
  • Managing art procurement and advising on art selection for clients
  • Undertaking sourcing trips overseas with clients to find unique Furniture, Lighting and soft furnishings
  • Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensuring that all designs are accurate, detailed, and completed to the highest standards possible

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in high-end residential and/or boutique hotel projects
  • Ability to create comprehensive presentation packages and material, furniture, fittings schedules
  • Proficiency in Revit is preferred
  • Excellent technical knowledge and a good eye for FF&E design
  • Possession of passion for art and experience in art procurement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
