Credit Syndication Specialist

The role of Credit Syndication Specialist - APAC is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of structured credit products within the Asia-Pacific region. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in loan syndication, investment banking, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Pricing and structuring of non-flow and flow loan products including asset finance and corporate loans.
- Collaboration with the APAC credit sales team to initiate and promote credit products sales to investors.
- Providing support for distribution of non-flow credit/flow loan products.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field and have at least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and business lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for pricing and structuring loan products.
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
