About This Role

You will play a key role in building successful business relationships with target customers within your territory as a Customer Development Manager.

You will report to a Channel Manager and work closely alongside Branch Managers to solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building and understanding customer needs.

  • Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building and understanding customer needs.
  • Be responsible for sales and gross margin performance of your territory.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
  • Achieve sales budgets.
  • Develop new business through business development and account management.

Foster and drive a culture of safety by prioritising safety and ensuring everyone gets home safely. Note that this role requires lifting, bending, climbing and safe driving.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills who has a solutions and service focus and thrives in a KPI driven environment.

  • Sales and/or customer management experience preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
