Delivering cutting-edge IT solutions requires a dedicated professional with exceptional technical expertise. As an L2 MSP Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients across various industries, providing expert-level technical assistance and implementing strategic IT projects.

You will be responsible for resolving complex IT issues, performing proactive system maintenance, and ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions. Your extensive knowledge of the M365 stack, including Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune, will enable you to provide world-class support and guidance to clients.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an MSP environment
  • Exposure to the M365 stack, with a strong understanding of its various components
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
