About the Role:
As a Senior Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage schedules, coordinate communication, and optimize workflows to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize meetings and make decisions regarding invitations.
- Provide timely and tailored communication to all levels as appropriate.
- Undertake projects, develop strategic agenda items, and manage minor projects and programs of work.
- Book travel and monitor expenses for the division.
- Adhere to corporate initiatives, safety processes, and policies.
Requirements:
- Experienced Executive or Team Assistant with navigation skills in a corporate environment at the senior level.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing, and relationship building skills.
- Dynamically communicate with exceptional attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills.
