This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing organization, fostering a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of capital raising, property development, and repairs maintenance.
A proven track record in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and policy development is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive transformation and change across the sector.
- Providing high-level advice to the Minister, AHO Board, and Secretary on Aboriginal housing strategies and policies.
- Championing the development of social housing policy priorities and the Aboriginal housing sector in NSW.
- Fostering strong engagement and capability development of staff, creating a culture of excellence.
Candidates must possess commercial acumen, experience working with Aboriginal communities, and management expertise to maintain a strong organizational culture.
Tertiary qualifications and equivalent experience in government administration, public policy development, and implementation are highly desirable.
