Housing Expert

As a Housing Expert, you will be responsible for helping customers get the best out of our Housing system.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and consultancy to enable customers to use the NEC Housing system effectively
- Perform analysis when new features are introduced
- Support product configuration and system testing activities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the complete NEC Housing system and complementary products
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation through additional services and solutions to customers
- Work with customers on product implementation, facilitating workshops, analysing requirements, demonstrating configuration options, and assisting with training
- Coordinate with the Product team in designing, specifying, developing, and testing new functionality
- Investigate and assist in resolving issues arising from customer testing
- Assist the Customer Support team in providing Application Support services as needed
- Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation at a high standard
- Assist in preparing client communications
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Fantastic stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- At least 3 years' experience working in/with the Public Housing Sector
- Experience in using/supporting Housing application software
- Desirable: experience in using/supporting the NEC Housing product and implementing a housing management system
