Data Governance Expert

This role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across various domains.
Main Responsibilities:- Safeguard critical master data within systems by ensuring integrity, consistency, and governance.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards to prevent errors and improve trustworthiness.
- Analyse root causes of data issues and implement remediation plans in collaboration with IT and business units.
- Implement data governance tools and frameworks, including metadata catalogues and stewardship workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data management principles and experience working with SAP master data in complex environments.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in SAP Master Data Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing SAP master data in a multi-domain environment.
- Familiarity with data quality certifications, such as DAMA CDMP.
