This role involves assisting clients in developing and operationalising data governance frameworks, policies and standards to enhance business value from data assets.
- Assist in defining data ownership models, stewardship roles, and metadata standards to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, profiling, and data quality assessments to identify issues and opportunities for improvement, thereby driving business growth.
- Provide input into the design of data catalogs, lineage, and business glossaries to facilitate effective data management.
- Support the implementation of data governance tools and platforms to streamline data operations.
- Lead data governance activities within broader data transformation initiatives to drive organisational change.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to thought leadership in data strategy and governance by sharing best practices and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalise data governance strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
- Implement data governance tools and platforms to monitor and manage data assets.
- Lead data governance activities to drive cultural change and adoption within the organisation.
