Job Description

**Program Manager - Transformational Role**

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a transformative program that will shape the future of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute program plans, manage daily operations, and support the Program Director in shaping the program delivery strategy.
  • Alignment & Oversight: Ensure all projects within the program are aligned, providing leadership and support to project managers for successful delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing program performance.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Manage and monitor program governance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project and program management within large, complex organizations.
  • A strong technical background with the ability to address accessibility and compatibility challenges.
  • Proven success in managing budgets exceeding $5 million.
  • Deep understanding of the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • High competency in scheduling and dependency mapping.
  • A human-centered design approach, with a passion for sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Accreditation in Agile project management frameworks and PRINCE2 is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience working within the government sector is highly regarded.
