The role of Lead Business Strategist involves being the primary point of contact for our clients. You'll develop effective communication recommendations across all channels, paid, owned, and earned. Driving successful client relationships and leading a results-driven team are key responsibilities.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven capability in managing others and highly collaborative
  • Pas- sion for media and marketing
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape
  • Excellent communication skills with clear written and verbal com- munication
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven

A strong understanding of our agency and group proposition, core client processes, and our way of working is essential. You should be able to articulate these clearly and effectively. Immersing yourself in the team and understanding the status of active and upcoming campaigns is also vital.

In terms of career progression, you can expect:

  • In 6 months: Demonstrated ability to deliver efficiently and effectively
  • In 12 months: Taking ownership of the role, responsibility, and volume
