Vendor Governance Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Compliance & Governance Manager to lead our vendor compliance processes and ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies aligning with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure vendor obligations are met
  • Monitor vendor compliance status and identify areas requiring review and action
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance continuity
  • Establish a Centre of Excellence for company-wide compliance framework development
  • Provide compliance training to vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Economics, Business, Commerce, or related disciplines
  • 7+ years' experience in Procurement with compliance focus
  • Prior experience in facilities management or indirect category management would be beneficial
  • Proven experience with senior management engagement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
