Senior Compliance Professional

This key role is crucial in enhancing the compliance capability within the first line of defense.
The successful candidate will promote a proactive compliance culture, identify and mitigate regulatory risks, and ensure adherence to internal standards and external obligations.
They will support business units in embedding effective compliance controls, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions, and uplifting the control environment.
This role offers opportunities for collaboration across divisions, contribution to governance forums, and support for the delivery of a compliance strategy.
About You
You are a compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory risk, ideally gained within financial services. You have a solid understanding of regulatory bodies and experience designing and implementing compliance controls that are both effective and practical.
With your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you can identify control gaps, assess compliance risks, and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes.
You are confident in using compliance monitoring tools and systems, and your ability to simplify complex regulatory requirements makes you a valued advisor.
As a clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills, you can influence across all levels of the organisation.
With a collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, you are a trusted member of the team.
