We're seeking an experienced Specialist to join our Risk Modernisation team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a Specialist, you'll be an integral member of a team delivering core risk and compliance solutions to clients across various industries. Your work will include advising clients on risk frameworks, assessing risk programs, implementing controls, and designing compliance programs.
You'll also support Partners, Directors, and Executives to identify business development opportunities and build the Ashurst Risk Advisory brand. Please review the attached job description for more details.
About You:
- You have 3-5 years' experience as a consultant in risk and/or compliance management, ideally in a client-facing role.
- You possess proven expertise in risk management strategies, tools, and frameworks.
- You've developed high-quality value for clients through effective risk management and control implementation.
- You excel in creating, fostering, and developing client relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You're passionate about collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and managing multiple projects throughout their lifecycle.
- You can balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- You aspire to lead and nurture your peers, contributing to a positive team culture.
