Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Operations Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, managing key performance indicators and supervising team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Oversee the smooth operation of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles to the highest standard.
- Ensure that food quality and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- A passion for food and delivering excellent customer service.
- The ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly when needed.
