With a strong focus on operational excellence, we seek an experienced Practice Manager to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This key leadership position plays a critical role in driving performance, compliance, and strategy within our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to streamline operations, manage financials, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years' experience in practice management or professional services operations, strong grounding in finance and/or accounting, excellent systems knowledge, and a proactive approach. They will be confident working directly with senior leaders and influencing positive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Manage and enhance practice management systems and IT infrastructure
  • Support senior leaders in strategic planning, HR, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate vendors, contracts, and external advisors
