Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in office management, preferably in real estate or property, with strong HR generalist experience including recruitment, ER, and compliance. They will possess proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage teams, as well as excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across two offices, leading and supporting administration, sales, and property management teams. They will also be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and staff support, as well as maintaining systems, compliance processes, and office resources.
In addition, they will ensure listing, sales, and property files meet legislative requirements, partner with payroll on entitlements, leave, and wage compliance, and coordinate diaries, meetings, events, and sponsorships.
The Senior Operations Manager will drive training, professional development, and engagement initiatives, and ensure WHS compliance and organise safety training / protocols. They will also assist the Director with confidential projects including acquisitions and business growth.
