Senior Operations Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead a dynamic retail asset in Melbourne. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position with a strong operational and stakeholder management focus.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage site contractors, maintain site presentation, cleanliness, safety, and essential services. They will also lead budget management, forecasting, and monthly reporting, ensuring lease obligations and compliance are upheld.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the asset, including managing contractors and maintaining site services.
- Lead a high-performing site team, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-standard operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of operational property management, preferably in retail assets. They should have proven leadership experience in managing contractors, budgets, and building services. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to foster retailer and stakeholder relationships.
