Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
About the Role:This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless HR lifecycle administration processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for all employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate Change of Conditions processing with precision and timeliness, adhering to policy and remuneration guidelines.
- Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 (complex matters) via the HR Inbox.
- Support annual performance appraisals and salary review processes.
- Contribute to employee engagement surveys and analyze results to inform senior management decisions.
- Promote transparency through regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Maintain accurate staff lists for data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Analyze and resolve issues effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment through thorough exit interviews and actionable recommendations.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to deliver outcomes efficiently under pressure.
