About You

You are a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture or HR Administrator who provides high-quality administrative and operational support across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the People and Culture Lead, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of HR processes, fostering effective communication with staff and managers, and supporting initiatives that align with the organisation's mission, strategy, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the employee lifecycle providing administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, changes, and offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries, offering timely advice on P&C policies, and manage updates to HR systems with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and conducts reference checks.
  • Maintain records and systems ensuring employee files, registers, templates, and P&C data are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, support internal communication efforts, and deliver people-focused service at all levels.
What You'll Bring
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or Human Resources (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR or People & Culture administrative role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative
  • Sound understanding of employment law, WHS, and HR best practices
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
