We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving organisational development initiatives that inspire growth, inclusion, and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end organisational development strategies. They will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Develop and implement organisational development plans that align with business objectives
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and team capabilities
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive change management and employee engagement initiatives
The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline, with deep knowledge of contemporary leadership, change management, and workforce planning methodologies. They will also possess extensive experience in leading leadership development, cultural improvement, and organisational change initiatives.
