Key Business Development Role

As a business development manager, you will play a key role in expanding our broker partner network, managing existing relationships, and originating loan applications. Your expertise will help us achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokers and partners to expand our network
  • Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Handle borrower inquiries and facilitate loan applications through efficient communication and coordination
  • Verify application information for accuracy and credit quality
  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting our products and services
  • Educate broker partners about our offerings, fostering long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in a similar business development role within the financial sector
  • Strong product knowledge, ideally in short-medium term bridging finance, with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a dynamic team
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed presentation, prospecting, and influencing skills
