Key Role: Finance Transformation Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Transformation Specialist. In this critical role, you will work closely with clients across the financial services sector to drive transformational change in their finance and tax functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for assessing finance and tax functions, identifying areas for improvement, and designing target operating models to drive transformative change.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate current-state finance and tax operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and designing targeted solutions.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize finance and tax processes, including technology integration and operating model transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in data analysis, AI, and business acumen.
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes and stakeholder management throughout transformation projects, presenting findings and recommendations to senior-level executives.

Requirements:

  • A finance-related degree or qualifications (such as CA, CPA, CFA).
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Services with a specialisation in Finance or Tax.
  • An interest in transformation, Data and AI.
  • Experience in leading and implementing change.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement, with excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
