Business Development Role

Your role in our organisation involves driving new business growth through relationship management and business development activities. You will work closely with key technology partners in Australia and New Zealand, expanding and maintaining existing partnerships, increasing new business volume and our share of partner business.

This role requires you to develop program management strategies to exceed sales targets, train partner sales teams and handle first-line escalations for non-standard enquiries. You will also be responsible for meeting customers' broader finance requirements and identifying and resolving problems before they impact the vendor or their customers.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of equipment financing in the technology and healthcare markets, excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Your profile should include a minimum 7 years experience in a vendor or channel-focused finance sales/business development role, including success in developing new partner programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental new business growth through relationship management and business development activities.

  • Increase new business volume and our share of partner business.
  • Develop program management strategies to exceed sales targets.
