About the Role

As our Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, managing employee data, and supporting end-of-month reporting. You will work closely with HR and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, interpreting awards, and making payroll run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing – Accurately process weekly payroll for a large workforce.
  • Timesheet Verification – Review employee timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Data Management – Maintain up-to-date employee records in payroll systems.
  • Query Resolution – Respond to requests related to leave, terminations, and adjustments.
  • Reporting – Assist with payroll tax, superannuation, and month-end accruals.
  • Collaboration – Work with HR and Operations on onboarding, terminations, and leave queries.
  • Administration – Support general office duties and uphold internal policies.
