You'll be responsible for managing essential safety measures, emergency planning, site access, and security systems, while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of site access and security, including visitor management and incident response.
  • Coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Navigating complex regulations and driving continuous improvement in compliance and access management practices.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proven experience maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and managing associated systems and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of OHS legislation with experience implementing safety procedures and managing risks.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing security and access control systems to ensure site safety and compliance.
