Chief Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will manage the accounting function for multiple companies, preparing and submitting consolidated financial reports.
- This role oversees statutory obligations, internal controls, and governance, ensuring seamless cashflow and ledger management.
- A key responsibility includes developing annual budgets and reporting dashboards/KPIs to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will manage payroll, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations, as well as lead a small team and facilitate weekly/monthly reporting cycles.
- Candidates must hold a CPA or CA qualification and possess significant experience in a senior accounting role with broad responsibility.
- A background in small to medium-sized companies is highly desirable, as is experience working for a company selling products or services into the US market.
- The successful candidate should be able to cover compliance, regulatory needs, financial reporting, and audits, as well as lead a small team and engage with business owners.
