Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Ambitious Field Sales Professional Sought

This is a dynamic field sales role where you will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to drive a customer-centric business model.

About the Role:
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain activity levels for your assigned territory and products.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, vet nurses, store managers, and other influential individuals.

You will identify customer needs and effectively communicate how our Animal Health products provide superior solutions. You will differentiate our products against competitors and participate in promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical and sales training to wholesalers and customers to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.
  2. Manage product complaints, pricing queries, compliance issues, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  3. Deliver corporate sales presentations to consumer groups, customers, and wholesalers as required.
  4. Analyse customer data to inform territory planning and target high-value customers.
