About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients within the smart home and interior design sectors.

As a key member of our sales team, you will identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

You will also prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs, collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

In addition, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system and attend industry events and trade shows to expand your professional networks.

About You
  • You have a background in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the interior design or smart home sector is advantageous.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • You are proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence.
