Job Description

This exciting leadership opportunity exists within our Broadway Store as a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) on a Full-Time basis. As a key member of the Management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience by showcasing the Sephora experience through embodying the company's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a role model for your team by demonstrating Sephora's values and promoting a positive culture.
  • Driving sales performance and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective coaching and development of your team members.
  • Utilizing data insights to inform operational decisions and support the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Fostering open communication and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters during periods of high demand.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work across various product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as contribute to store functions such as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this leadership role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous retail management experience, particularly in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
