Salary


The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $29.04 per hour, plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading, resulting in an estimated annual salary of around $61,220 - $67,480 (based on 38 hours/week).



Job Description


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Senior Beauty Advisor Leader. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team in a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead by example, embodying Sephora's DNA by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers through excellent customer service skills.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently improve team performance and capability through coaching and supporting growth and development.
  • Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the team, providing constructive feedback and consistent updates to the Management team.
  • Act as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment, confidently making store decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • Previous retail management experience, specifically in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on approach, enjoying time on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and support team members.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the Sephora brand effectively.
  • A drive for results, with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
