Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Floor Manager to join our team in our Sydney store. As a key member of our Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an unparalleled client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, showcasing the Sephora experience to clients through embodying our DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
  • Possession of excellent client service and experiential retail skills to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.

This role is based in our Sydney store, with the opportunity to work across various locations within the city.
