The Opportunity:

As a Beauty Advisor in Sephora, you'll be responsible for inspiring and helping customers find the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty. You'll work across various departments, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, and be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning opportunities.

You'll shine in this role if you're passionate about creating an amazing customer experience, enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and are open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and expertise with customers and colleagues
  • Availability to work 3 full days, including late nights and weekends
