Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Community Development Specialist to join our team based at the head office in Wayville. Key duties include developing and delivering initiatives to grow our youth membership base, supporting our annual membership strategy, and promoting Scouting through social media and digital platforms.

This role is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that foster engagement and participation among young people and their communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community dynamics, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with youth and community development.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

A South Australian Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check are required. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
