We work collaboratively with South Australians from diverse backgrounds to provide Camping and Adventure Programs, Disability Services, Homelessness Services, Out of Home Care and Youth, Family and Community Programs.

Job Opportunity
This role involves working with young people who are disengaging from education. We will work together with families, schools, community groups and businesses to develop a holistic support approach to achieve our clients' goals.
- Develop and manage case plans for students accessing our services.
- Liaise with various service providers such as education or training facilities, and allied health.
- Comprehensive note taking to ensure client files are up to date.
About You:
Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of resources available to young people to support their education, health and personal needs. You will be able to effectively manage competing priorities and dedicate time and detail to ensuring case notes are documented appropriately after all client interactions.
- Experience working with at-risk youth or equivalent experience in community services.
- Experience working with young people in a learning centre environment.
- The ability to work autonomously, exercise good judgment and prioritise client outcomes.
- Incredible interpersonal skills, prioritising client experience through exercising emotional intelligence.
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues with empathy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Specific Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following requirements: A Certificate IV in Youth Work or Youth Justice; or Diploma in Youth Work or Youth Justice; or Bachelor degree in Social Work or Psychology is required. Additionally, applicants must hold a Full unrestricted South Australia Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance, Training: Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), Training: Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through their eyes) and Ability to work outside of normal office hours may be required.
