Community Partnerships Specialist

This dynamic and driven role requires a strong existing network within the community, with proven experience in community liaison or stakeholder engagement.

As a Community Partnerships Specialist, you will build strong relationships with local high schools, councils, and community organisations to promote our youth employment program to young people at risk of disengaging. You will also plan and deliver community engagement events to raise program awareness and represent us at forums, expos, workshops, and community events.

  • Build strategic partnerships with youth, health, and support services to connect youth with the services they need to thrive and stay engaged.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with local stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for young people.

You will be an exceptional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, able to travel across Adelaide metro branches as required. A recognised community presence and local knowledge are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
  • Develop and implement effective partnership strategies to achieve program goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of community engagement events.
  • Represent us at various community events and forums to promote our youth employment program.
