As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that support the employment, education and well-being of young people.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills, experience in community liaison or stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of driving business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with local high schools, councils, and community organisations
  • Promoting our youth employment program to young people at risk of disengagement
  • Planning and delivering community engagement events to raise program awareness
  • Representing our organisation at forums, expos, workshops, and community events
  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with youth, health, and support services
  • Connecting youth with the services they need to thrive and stay engaged

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong existing network within the community, proven experience in community liaison or stakeholder engagement, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and a proactive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with young people.
