We are seeking a skilled and passionate Community Engagement Specialist to play a key role in building strong relationships with local high schools, councils, and community organisations. Your mission will be to help young people access employment, education, and essential support services.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders to promote our youth employment program and connect young people with the services they need to thrive.
- Plan and deliver community engagement events to raise program awareness and build new networks within the community.
- Represent us at forums, expos, workshops, and community events to promote our youth employment program and build partnerships with local stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with youth, health, and support services to provide young people with the support they need to succeed.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong existing network within the community (schools, councils, services)
- Proven experience in community liaison or stakeholder engagement
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive and energetic attitude with a passion for working with young people
- Ability to travel across metropolitan branches as required
